Been trying to get into being active and I'm always exhausted rather quickly. Kinda feeling like the amount of time I can actually exercise isn't benefiting me at all lol. I guess it's just a case of my body getting used to it after not being active for so long.

Brilliant stuff. I also hate you as I'm still injured since October Yeah, I meant to ask, noticed just walks recently. What's happened? Injured during a cross country race in October, and can't pin point exactly what's going on with it. I have been for a few runs since then but not in the last month or so as it's just persisted. MRI needed now at this stage. It's absolute torture, but given the title of the thread also says "well being" I have taken to mediation to help me along with the mental aspect of things (which I couldn't recommend strongly enough to the entire planet BTW). Still a few weeks of rehabbing ahead but I MAY be told to try running next week, fingers crossed.

Trying to work out if you're recommending medication or meditation though??!!

Just back from the clinic and my MRI wont be for 5-6 weeks. My physio was hoping I might be able to run a bit from tomorrow but was told 2 hours ago no running before the MRI. At least I've the rest of my health so I'll look after that in the meantime and look forward to getting back on my feet.

Yeah I've never run anywhere near times like this. Just looking at my last matched runs to the same route...9.22 mile on Jan 2nd to 8.05 2 months later!
