Found it. White man dick talk is around 8.20. I don't know if it's legitimate, but it is rumored that it's really MJ and that's good enough for me

^Not buying it! This has got to be one giant Andy Kaufmanesque bit! At this point I'm even willing to believe Van Hunt is in on it. I actually had to Google Andy Kaufman. I am very unknowledgeable and uncultured like that. After all, I listen to Justin Timberlake. Nope, I'm for real. I am aware I've done a complete 180 and that I come across somewhat schizophrenic if you read my posts from two weeks ago to now. Blame aazzaabb . It's all his fault. Well I say fair play man! You listened to the album from a completely objective point of view and you left any biases on the shelf! In this day and age that's rare. People had already made their minds up on this album before it even dropped, so actually I'm enjoying the fact that a few of us who gave it a real chance and who enjoy it can converse on it. TonyR and SoCav , have you guys given it a listen? I maintain that it's a decent album and gets stronger with every listen. Tony, you've enjoyed tracks from Justified and FSLS, there's plenty on here to enjoy.

Not yet - I've barely liked anything since Justified to be honest, but I think Pharrell/Neptunes have been involved in this album so may give it a go.

One of the tracks gives a nod to Rock Your Body. I would say just listen to it with an open mind which is completely what you would do because your TonyR and all. I mean I'm just saying it seems like a very TonyR thing to do that you would probably do that. That type of thing.

Justin Timberlake earns 4th No. 1 Album on Billboard Charts with "Man of the Woods"
"Of Man of the Woods’ launch of 293,000 units, 242,000 were in traditional album sales, 14,000 were in TEA units, and 37,000 were in SEA units. Of its pure album sales, 139,000 were in digital albums, 89,000 were in CD sales and 15,000 were in vinyl LP sales.
Notably, Man of the Woods also claims the biggest-selling week for a vinyl album since LCD Soundsystem’s American Dream sold 16,000 in its first week, on the chart dated Sept. 23, 2017.
Overall, Timberlake has the second-biggest sales week for a vinyl LP among solo male artists since Nielsen Music began tracking data in 1991. Only the debut frame of Jack White's Lazaretto was larger: 40,000 in 2014. (Among all soloists in the Nielsen era, only one other artist has sold as many vinyl LPs in a week as Timberlake and White: Adele, who did it in five separate weeks with her 25 album in late 2015."

Matty, I expected better from you. I think I just vomed in my mouth a little with all this JT loving. It's this kind of musical snobbery that really pisses me off.
You've obviously decided you hate him and his music without really listening to it or giving it a fair chance. At least Matty was open minded and man enough to say "you know what, I was wrong."
This is the trouble with the music industry these days. People make judgements based on the cult of celebrity and not based on the quality of the music. You decide you dislike a song or album because it is performed by a celebrity you don't know, but have decided you don't like, for whatever misguided reason. Your opinion is undoubtedly informed by the recent media bias and Twitter crusade fronted by Generation Snowflake who spend their lives looking for reasons to be offended.

The reason I don't need to listen to his album to decide that it's not for me is because I've heard enough of his watered down garbage over the years to know what he's all about. It's not like he's some obscure artist whose music isn't played on the radio or on TV. I have been exposed (albeit inadvertently) to plenty of his songs through the years, and he just doesn't have anything remotely unique or special about him. When he did the Prince tribute it just further highlighted the difference between him and a real music legend.

You've obviously decided you hate him and his music without really listening to it or giving it a fair chance. At least Matty was open minded and man enough to say "you know what, I was wrong." While I agree that the music snobbery is pathetic, it's not something new. It's been happening at least since Elvis was king. Certainly once The Beatles and the Rolling Stones were ruling the charts in the 1960s, you had (especially older) people whining about how their 'electronic noise' was terrible, going on about how 'music used to be so good - oh, remember Sinatra!' and all that crap. I've literally heard Lennon joke about it in concert even. It's happened every generation since and it's going to keep happening. The one thing I don't get is why some people focus so much time on a pop star they don't like. You don't like him? That's cool, you don't have to, bring it up once or twice. But posting over and over, putting so much time, energy and effort towards someone that you don't like and has no effect on you? It just feels counter-productive. Certainly I'd rather focus on the music artists I like and bring me enjoyment. And focusing specifically on mjjfan810's comment, 'vomiting in your mouth' just because people are talking positively about a pop star you're not a fan of? Hyperbolic's and snobbery aside, that's pretty sad haha.

Good album, I'd probably rate it below FutureSex/LoveSounds and the first disc of The 20/20 Experience. Say Something is a killer track, played it loads.

I've kind of cooled on this album already. It held my attention for a week or so, but then I moved on.

It's a tragedy that this mediocre album has a hit thread yet the brilliant new MGMT album is being slept on. Rip.
